3 - We don't sell it with the other saffron of a different kind or of another country, it is Saffron Souktana only, the saffron that we know, for sure, the source is Souktana fields in Taliouine Morocco.
4 - Implementation of our principles, the saffron was not beyond reproach that is in accordance with our slogan "the one that cheats is not ours."
5 - The storage location of our saffron is on the spot where was produced, The quantity of it that we sellcomes from there down when needed.
6 - We don't sell any saffron other than our product that we know, for sure, the source is Souktana fields in Taliouine Morocco.

2 - Contact the dealers at the address listed in the list of vendors and resellers .

If a product offered by souktana.com itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Product consumption

Shipping

At souktana.com, we want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make it easy.
Most orders from within the United States are shipped with Priority Mail (2-3 days).
We currently offer flat rate shipping. Also, for a limited time only we are offering free shipping for orders over Souktana Saffron 10.00(10g).
If you are in New York City you are welcome to pick up your orders in our point of sales as indicated on our website. If you would like to make a local pickup you must call our point of sales, you will receive a special code to add for no charge shipping. Once paid, your order will then be available for a "will call" pickup the following business day after 4 PM.
All items purchased from souktana.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Therms

A return authorization number will be required; any package arriving to our facility without prior return approval will be refused

Email us at sales@souktana.com with any questions that you may have about your order or to request a refund.

You can cancel the order within two days after we have received it.
Souktana.com will not accept returns of any opened items. Always check that the source of product "Safran Souktana" acquired is from SOUKTANA.COM before buying. Each delivery is accompanied by a sample for quality (if requested), please use it before the opening of the entire amount.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to the same address listed on your sales receipt or invoice using the same shipping method that we used to dispatch your order.
You must return unopened items from a cancelled order within one week after they have been delivered to you.
Any requests after this time period will not be honored. Returns must arrive to us within 7 days of receiving an authorization number.
The customer assumes all return shipping fees (Customer assumes all shipping fees for exchanges).
The customer assumes all responsibility for the safe arrival of return packages.
Once we receive the returned items in their original package, we will happily issue you a refund in full within one business day.
We will not issue refund for the sample accompanied delivery.
We will not accept to refund if you provided us a wrong shipping address so, please always make sure your shipping address is correct. We charged the additional shipping fee in case of reshipping.
Once the tracking number confirms delivery to the address provided to us, we are no longer financially responsible.

Order Status

Souktana.com send you order status information by e-mail. You will be notified when an order is received and when an order is shipped.
To view order status of any order, including past orders that have been received, click on the Log In link at the top of the page. After you are logged in, click on My Account located at the top of the page. Your current and past orders are displayed.

Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship it immediately when it becomes available. We are sorry but you can not specify the date and time of your order to be delivered (seeIMPORTANT - 5).

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use souktana.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. souktana.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.
